Jeremiah Owyang is keeping a tight ship at his Llama Lounge.
The woman with an emotional AI gave me a ride to Millbrae where I picked up a Tesla Robotaxi home to San Jose. I forgot that my car would be locked up at 8 p.m. So left it in San Francisco, which gave me a chance to try Robotaxi again, my 14th ride in one.
I hit a bug. Put in the wrong address by accident. But when I figured out where we were I tried to order a new Robotaxi. Couldn't hire the one right in front of me. So had to wait 15 minutes for another to show up.
Other than that it is like being in a Space Ship compared to my 2018 Tesla. The kinks are still being worked out. Hopefully will be fixed before it scales up starting soon.
The safety monitor never touched the car on either ride. The AI is getting so good.

When I see this live it looks like reality.
Except it's not. I'm just watching two 5K chips in front of my eyes.
But my brain thinks I'm viewing reality.
It's such a mind bender every time I shoot in it.
I'm honored that Jeremiah lets me capture it. When I wear it in public it is weird, but it sure feels like the future.
