To increase hold times and time to ATH people need to start "believing" again. Things like the pump airdrop or trading bot airdops won't shift our ability to believe. Only a new game can do that. AI season caught fire quickly because everyone already believed in AI. The next game will follow the same principle. Everyone already believes that blockchains will be the dominant rails for all of finance. This is why "ICM" is Solana's primary marketing tag line. The next game will be a version ICM - but i think the trenches misinterpret how broad this category can be. Its not solely pasternak / web2 startups launching on-chain. Its likely going to be crypto native products launching tokens w/ novel mechanics such as buybacks, dividends, and sybil resistance to prevent multi-walleting.
